I thought for a while making a break from career by embracing the profession of coach and facilitator, but I realize that the new direction started in recent months is only the logical continuity of what I have always done: working with people to open up to new perspectives, towards others and oneself.
I am a professional coach and strategic consultant for creative projects.
Coming from and operating within a rich intercultural background, I have a long term expertise in professional networking, facilitating, coaching and training.
Since recently I was also Capacity Building Director at Trans Europe Halles, the European network of cultural centres initiated by citizens and artists.
More than 25 years of cultural working and networking has rewarded me with strong proficiency in international and intercultural project management. Having organized numerous international events, I have a clear view on, and a poignant critical position towards, global political, cultural and socio-economic developments. I also gained profound knowledge of various local contexts. In the past years I have been working in diverse cultural contexts all over the world: from the UK to Romania, from South Korea to Australia, from Uzbekistan to Tunisia, from Brazil to Russia – to name just a few countries.
Before becoming a professional coach and a consultant, I led the international relations department and coordinated the meetings of IETM, , an international network that connects more than 500 performing arts organizations and individual members from the contemporary performing arts worldwide. I worked with professionals in the fields of theatre, dance, performance, music, circus, interdisciplinary live art forms, new media, and more.
Before that, international strategic development already was my strong point . In London, for Artsadmin (from 2001 to 2003), I developed expertise in public relations, fundraising and international touring for performing arts companies. While living in the British capital, I also co-founded Nuit Blanche in Paris: in 2002 we wrote the concept and held the first edition of the city’s night-long arts celebration that now takes place in more than 30 cities all over the world.
Previously I was the international manager the Dance Company DCA (Decouflé and Complices Associated, also in Paris) where I gained deep insight into the practice of production and touring.
Earlier in my career, I co-founded Les Allumées (an international interdisciplinary city event) and had responsibility for the Theatre Festival and the dance seasons in Nantes.
I’ve always managed to find myself in the right place at the right time and I intend to continue with that.

J’ai cru pendant quelques temps effectuer une rupture de carrière en embrassant le métier coach et facilitateur, mais je me rends compte que la nouvelle direction entamée depuis quelques mois n’est que la continuité logique de ce que j’ai toujours fait : accompagner les gens à s’ouvrir vers de nouvelles perspectives, vers les autres et soi-même.
Je suis coach professionnel et consultant stratégique pour des projets créatifs.
Avec une riche expérience interculturelle, j’ai une expertise dans les réseaux professionnels, la facilitation, le coaching et la formation.
Il u a peu j’assumais aussi le rôle de Directeur des formations pour Trans Europe Halles, le réseau européen des centres culturels initiés par des citoyens et artistes.
Fort de mes 25 ans de travail dans les réseaux culturels j’ai acquis une maîtrise de gestion de projets internationaux et interculturels. Après avoir organisé de nombreux événements internationaux, j’ai développé une vision claire et une position critique vis-à-vis des développements politiques, culturels et socio-économiques mondiaux. J’ai en outre acquis une connaissance approfondie de divers contextes locaux. Ces dernières années que j’ai eu la chance de travailler dans des situations extrêmement variées partout dans le monde: du Royaume-Uni à la Roumanie, de Corée du Sud à l’Australie, de l’Ouzbékistan à la Tunisie, du Brésil à la Russie, pour ne citer que quelques pays.
Avant de devenir un coach professionnel et consultant, je dirigeais les relations internationales et coordonnais les réunions de l’IETM, un réseau international qui relie plus de 500 organisations des arts de la scène contemporains dans le monde entier. Je travaillais avec des professionnels dans les domaines du théâtre, de la danse, de la performance, de la musique, du cirque, des formes interdisciplinaires d’art, des nouveaux médias, etc.
Le développement de la stratégie internationale a toujours été mon cheval de bataille. À Londres, j’ai travaillé à Artsadmin (de 2001 à 2003), où j’ai développé une expertise dans les relations publiques, la collecte de fonds et les tournées internationales pour des compagnies artistiques. Tout en vivant dans la capitale britannique, j’ai également cofondé Nuit Blanche à Paris: en 2002, nous avons écrit le concept et avons tenu la première édition artistique toute la nuit qui se déroule maintenant dans plus de 30 villes dans le monde entier.
Avant cela, j’ai travaillé en tant que responsable international de la Compagnie DCA (Decouflé et Complices Associés, également à Paris) où j’ai développé production et tournées.
Plus tôt dans ma carrière, j’ai cofondé Les Allumées (événement interdisciplinaire international) et j’ai participé au Festival de théâtre et aux saisons de danse à Nantes.
J’ai toujours eu la chance d’être au bon endroit au bon moment et compte bien continuer dans cette voie.
